Frequently Asked Questions How do I pay for my orders? You can pay using a credit card, Pay Pal or with checks or money orders. We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express through our secure shopping cart system. If you choose to use checks or money order, we can not process them through our online shopping cart. You will need place your order by phone at (660) 349-8868, or Contact Us for more information. How will my order be shipped? Most of our products are shipped directly to you from our warehouse. Most of our products are shipped by UPS Ground within 3 to 5 days of order placement. If you live outside of the lower 48 states, please Contact Us in advance for shipping costs and availability. Extra shipping costs will be required.

How much will shipping cost? Shipping is charged at UPS Ground rate based on product weight. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please Contact Us for shipping. Free Shipping Some products are offered with free delivery within the 48 contiquous states. When can I expect my order to arrive? Orders are usually shipped and processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery of package will vary depending on product destination. Using UPS Ground for the lower 48 states, you will usually recieve package in 5 to 10 days. A UPS tracking number will be provided, which may be used to track the progress of your package by going to www.ups.com.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? Please examine your product as soon as your receive it and contact us within 24 hours if product is damaged or defective. You will need to receive a Return Merchandise Claim from us before returning any merchandise. If a product is damaged during shipment or is defective, save all packaging materials and Contact Us immediatey to have it replaced free of charge. After this time, your mechandise is warrented by the manufacturer for at least 1 year. You will need to contact the manufacturer.

Can I return a product? If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, undamaged and complete items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. In order to qualify, you must Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We want you to be satisfied with all products that you receive.

Can I cancel an order? Yes, an order may be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.

Will you ship to APO, FPO and Post Office Boxes? Since we ship UPS ground, they will not deliver to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes. We must have a regular address.

What if an item I want is sold out? We try very hard to insure that all items available for purchase through the website are in stock and ready to ship. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours and given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund, or to back-order the item and have it shipped to them once it is back in stock.
